Every one of these is a documentation problem before it becomes a money problem.
Lapsed funds
Awards expire on a date, not on a milestone. We build the schedule backward from your period of performance so the invoicing finishes before the authority to spend does.
Disallowed costs
Costs get questioned when they aren't documented as reasonable, allocable and allowable. Our pay applications carry the backup — scope reference, bid record, wage documentation — attached to the invoice, not reconstructed later.
Failed procurement
A qualified bid that was solicited the wrong way is still a finding. We work inside your written procurement procedures and hand you the documentation trail your reviewer will ask for.
Wage determination errors
The wrong classification or an outdated determination is one of the most common construction findings on federally funded work. We confirm the applicable determination in writing before mobilization.
Documentation gaps
Closeout is where paperwork debts come due: certified payrolls, lien waivers, change order approvals, inspection sign-offs, warranties. We assemble that file as we build it.
Schedule slip past the period of performance
